Workshop by Patrick Thomas
10:00–16:00Paper&People Participants will create visual responses based on the content taken from the daily newspapers. Through processes of sampling, remixing, hacking and de/construction of titles, images and articles, they will transform news into their own interpretations and visual narratives. The works carried out will be collected in editions of black and white booklets, DIN A5 format. Participants are advised to bring:• Laptop, smartphone (with camera) and/or digital camera, USB stick• Image and text editing software• Black tools for drawing or writing (pencils, markers, felt or fibre tip pens, ballpoint pens, etc.), pocket cutter, ruler The number of participants is limited.
