Stefano Tonti was born in Rimini in 1964. In 1992 he moved to Milano, and after a period as a graphic designer for the magazine Abitare, Italo Lupi called him to his studio, where he worked for Abitare, Prada, IBM, Palazzo Grassi, the Italian Institute of Culture in Paris, Confindustria and others.
In 1994 he moved to Barcelona, where he worked as a freelancer. In 1997 he returned to Italy, and after designing for important Alfa Romeo and Telecom Italia events, he worked mainly for artistic and cultural events and institutions. The image designed for the Teatro Novelli in Rimini and the Ilaria Alpi Journalism Prize were selected for two editions of the Compasso d 'Oro, while the catalogue created for the SI Fest photography 2010 won the Best Catalogue Award of the "Festival of Festivals". His projects have been published on Italian and international websites, books and magazines. He is currently president of the Collegio dei Probiviri Aiap.

ADI Design Museum
AIAP Community is an event promoted by AIAP open to its members to present their visual communication projects and increase the sense of community (collective growth, exchange, reflection, experimentation) of communication design. The selected designers will present their work in 15 minutes each, highlighting contents and motivations, but also the background made of ferment and impulses, dialogue with the client, intuitions and unexpected evolutions.
