Cabaret Typographie is an artistic collective dedicated to handmade graphics and printing, founded in 2010 by Laura Dal Maso, Mauro De Toffol and Tommaso Pucci. Based in Milan at the Bonvini 1909 Atelier and in Paris, he develops projects that combine typographic experimentation, research and printing with movable type and screen printing. Their works have been exhibited in numerous exhibitions dedicated to contemporary graphics and printing.

10:30–13:00 • 14:00–19:30 Bonvini 1909 Italics – Impressioni italiane is a survey of contemporary letterpress printing in Italy, born from the collaboration between Cabaret Typographie and Bonvini 1909. The exhibition brings together more than forty artists, designers, printers, studios, workshops and archives who use letterpress as a tool of research and experiment. Through a selection of limited-edition posters, the project maps contemporary practices and the encounter of languages, materials, techniques and design approaches. Italics aims to value letterpress not only as historical and artisanal heritage, but as a living design language, able to reinterpret tradition and speak with contemporary visual culture.
